Phillip Chali Mubanga

Phillip Chali Mubanga is the Finance Manager for the PACTS Project in Zambia with a background in finance and grants management for donor aided projects in the hospital. His main tasks are preparing and helping in the preparation of budgets and financial reports and undertaking financial administration tasks as assigned. Phillip will support the provision of insightful reports to members of the PACT Project Zambia valuable advice on all aspects relating to grants management and donor requirements for the project.
