
Evelyn Matungo

Evelyn Matungo is a PhD candidate, MPH. A consultant- mental health and adolescent services.
She is an experienced public health specialist with over 13 years' experience, with a focus on HIV and mental health-related issues. She has a strong background in designing, implementing and evaluating programs aimed at youth and adolescent empowerment, resilience and development.
Also skilled at drafting work-plans, tracking budgets and delivering capacity building programs tailored to the youth, pediatric, as well as adult engagement.
She provides therapy to adolescents and youths (as well as adults) using a trans diagnosed approach to mental health called the Common Elements Treatment Approach (CETA).
In her current position, Evelyn will be bringing her skills to support the ongoing research projects and initiatives in Zambia.
