
Evans Xorse Amuzu

Evans is an Ex-officio member of the PACTS project in Kumasi-Ghana. He is the research manager of the Sickle Cell Unit of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) with overall responsibility for coordination and ensuring collaborations in sickle cell disease research studies hosted by the unit. He will support website development and the collaboration of the PACTS program in Ghana with other studies. Evans is a Health Research Officer with a background of Biological Sciences and extensive experience in managing hospital-based and community-based observational and interventional studies. He also provides research design and management support to staff in their research projects and research capacity building and strengthening. He is completing an MPhil in Epidemiology and Applied Biostatistics in the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) where he is engaged as a Graduate Assistant.
