Chisala Mulenga

Zambia PAC Lead and Clinical Coordinator

Dr. Chisala Mulenga is a qualified paediatrician with a strong clinical and academic interest in paediatric haematology. She currently serves as the Participatory Action Cycle Lead and Clinical Coordinator for the PACTS Research Study in Zambia. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and clinical oversight for the implementation of participatory research methods aimed at improving outcomes for children with Sickle Cell anaemia/disease.

Dr. Mulenga is passionate about strengthening child health systems through evidence-based care and collaborative approaches. Her work focuses on bridging clinical practice with research to inform contextually appropriate interventions in paediatric haematology, particularly in low-resource settings.
