Aaron Kwasi Nartey 

Aaron is the Program Manager for the PACTS project, Ghana Site. He is a Social Scientist and Research Officer with experience in managing hospital-based and community-based observational and interventional studies. He has developed skills in research administration. Aaron coordinates the transitioning of adolescent/young adult sickle cell patients from a child-centred care system to an adult-centred system at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital/KNUST. He has appreciable knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research studies. Aaron is currently leading two research works among adolescent sickle cell patients; one on the transition readiness of adolescent sickle cell patients while the other also focuses on the quality of life of adolescent sickle cell patients. Aaron will coordinate PACTS programs in Ghana and work closely with other program managers for timely project execution. He also coordinates the Institutional Capacity Strengthening activities in Ghana.
